A HOLISTIC APPROACH

In today's world of growing disconnection, many people feel anxious, overwhelmed and isolated. At some point we stopped listening to our bodies, our intuition and our inner wisdom. We instinctively know when something is out of balance yet we don’t trust this inner knowing. This imbalance shows up as sickness, recurring body symptoms, pain or in our relationships.

Holistic counselling can support you during difficult times in life. We all go through challenging periods such the loss of relationships or work, conflicts with others or living with the legacies of childhood traumas. Counselling can help work through the emotional roller coaster of life and provide tools to connect in with an inner peace.

Psychotherapy can release you from self-limiting beliefs and behaviours and reconnect you to your purpose and goals in life. It creates space for true healing and transformation to take place. It brings your inner strength and wisdom to the forefront.

My approach is based in Process Oriented Psychology and is not 'one size fits all'. Drawing on a number of holistic methods we work together in a way that best suits what is required in that moment. This could be just talking and listening, or it could also involve creative expressions such as drawing, movement and somatic mindfulness activities.
