Weekday Pause is a workplace wellbeing program, designed to give employees a window of time to slow down, connect within and emerge feeling calm, nourished, and inspired. Through a fusion of mindfulness and creative expression, employees build on their own inner resources and capacities to find practical self-care tools.

In today’s fast paced world, feelings of uncertainty, anxiety and burnout are common. These feelings don’t get left at the door; they are brought into workplaces every day. By carving out some time for employees to re-centre themselves, it allows them to build resiliency, feel more connected with their wider team and increase capacity for creativity and problem solving.

The Weekday Pause program is an invitation for companies to take an active role in their employee’s wellbeing. Companies who invest in their employee’s wellbeing report increases in staff engagement, productivity and are better able to recruit and retain talented people.
