Held on the last Thursday of each month, Emerge is a monthly online group class where we undertake experiential exercises designed to help you develop greater self-connection and deepen self-trust.
Just as you physically stretch in yoga and pilates, Emerge is a class where you stretch and develop you inner awareness muscles, cultivating tools that can be used as self-care resources through challenging moments.
Combined with creative expression to harness and anchor your newfound (or rediscovered!) resource, you will Emerge from each class feeling centred, clearer of your direction and more connected with you inner strengths.
Emerge is an invitation to bring stillness and calm to your day and an opportunity for deep self-care.
In a time that sees us more disconnected from each other than ever, Emerge is a place to come and strengthen that connection to self, and build connection with community and the wider world.
We can spend a lot of time trying to figure things out with our rational mind only, and often, this leads to a circling of negative thoughts. Small irritations or discomforts can quickly become much larger and much more distressing.
When we step out of this logical, thinking mind and engage creatively with our subconscious mind, we find that there is often helpful information within these uncomfortable experiences. By taking a different perspective, we gain insight into what would be most helpful and supportive right now.
