Holistic counselling and psychotherapy can support you through difficult times. It can help you transform adverse life experiences into opportunities for deeper connection with self and others. It opens pathways for more ease and flow, creating space to fully engage with the world, meeting all the wonderful possibilities that await.
Psychotherapy cultivates internal and external sources of support. It can help you identify your goals and desires, and what you truly want from life. It helps cut through the noise of our busy world, and find connection within and with the beauty of the world around you.
Having experienced both the highs and deepest lows that life can give us, I bring an open mind and compassion to helping others understand their own life experiences. My holistic approach acknowledges the multi-dimensional nature of life, and that each person has their own unique story to tell.
There’s no prescription for how we will work together. Only a natural unfolding of what wants to be known. We work with what is more known to you and explore those parts that are a little further from your awareness, those that present via signals from the unconscious mind. Body symptoms, recurring patterns, relationship difficulties and even dreams, all contain information that helps uncover the healing path that is right for you.
