I’ve always been passionate about supporting people through challenging times. As a Holistic Counselling & Psychotherapist, I help people navigate the sometimes bumpy flow of life and facilitate their process of connecting with own inner strengths and resources.

I love to work with people from all walks of life. We all have our own versions of trauma, grief, conflict and hardship. My approach is holistic and recognises the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual elements that make each person unique. I provide a safe and trusting space to allow people to explore their own experiences and unfold their own unique path of healing.

I also love to be out in nature. It helps me feel connected to the field we are all part of. I love the beauty of it all and how nothing is separate, each element having its own vital part to play. This is how I see all of us. At different times, we need help from different people, and this is how we find not only inner peace and healing, but also connection and growth.

From my own lived experience of healing, I know how much courage it takes to start counselling and have your stories heard. Being vulnerable is never easy, yet when you feel safe enough to do so, there's a kind of magic that happens. No longer do past wounds and hurtful experiences drive your life. You get to choose a new way forward, feeling empowered and confident.

If you're feeling the need for some support in your life right now, please contact me to learn more about how we can work together. I’m registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and completed my training in Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy with the Metavision Institute. Most recently, I have completed my facilitator training in Family Constellations therapy. I provide individual therapy online and in person on the NSW Central Coast.

I acknowledge the Traditional Owners of Country across Australia, and recognise I work on the lands of the Darkinjung People. I give thanks to their caretaking of this beautiful land and pay respects to elders past, present and emerging.
